Rosario (33), a single mother with aspirations of becoming an actress, is forced to move in with her dying and invasive mother, Shaio (65). Shaio, exhausted, wants to die to find peace. Rosario refuses and confronts her fear of the future and her emotional dilemmas. She must forge her independence and come to terms with her mother's death.
